The Portland Community College (PCC) CT Project is a multi-phased capital improvement project . The project is aimed at modernizing and enhancing campus facilities to better support student success and academic programming. The work will take place at PCC's Sylvania Campus in Portland, Oregon. Construction will be delivered through multiple bid packages. The demolition scope will be released as the first phase of bidding and will be divided into two separate bid packages to support both project efficiency and equity goals: Demolition Bid Package #1 - Ductwork & Roofing (COBID-Focused) This package will include demolition of: Sheet Metal Ductwork and HVAC equipment within the ceilings Roofing systems and associated components This package will be specifically targeted toward COBID-certified contractors to support PCC's workforce equity and inclusion goals. Demolition Bid Package #2 - Architectural & Structural Demolition (Open Bid) This package will include demolition of: Exterior wall systems Interior partitions and finishes Ceilings and associated systems Structural demolition components This package will be open to all qualified contractors. Following these initial demolition packages, additional bid packages are scheduled for rollout in June 2026 to facilitate phased construction and maintain campus operations.
