The City of St. Anthony is requesting bids for the Replacement of Chlorine Contact Chamber at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Prospective bidders may obtain a paper copy of the bidding documents by paying a non-refundable fee for each set or may download PDF-formatted bidding documents for a fee. Neither the Owner nor Engineer is responsible for bidding documents obtained from other sources. Bidding documents can be obtained from the issuing office or specified plan rooms. A pre-bid conference is scheduled, with attendance encouraged but not required. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal. The bid security will be forfeited as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter a contract in accordance with their proposal. Bidders are required to conform to standard site safety, stormwater, erosion control, and other applicable state and federal laws. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous.
