Sealed bids are requested by the Board of Education, Arlington Central School District, for the Reconstruction to Arthur S. May Primary School under separate contracts for General and Site work. Work is to be carried out in accordance with the drawings, project manual, and other bidding and contract documents prepared by Tetra Tech Architects & Engineers. Complete digital and hard copy sets of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications are available online. Hard copies require a $100 deposit, refundable as described in the instructions. Any bidder requiring shipping must arrange and pay for it. Only contract documents obtained through the designated online planroom will register prospective bidders as plan holders. The provider bears no responsibility for documents obtained elsewhere, which may be incomplete or lack addenda. All bid addenda will be sent to registered plan holders. Bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond must accompany each bid, made payable to the owner, in accordance with the instructions.
