SUMMARY OF THE WORK A. The Work of this Project includes the installation of a new packaged rooftop air handling unit to provide redundant backup to the existing RTU serving the Franklin Rail Control Center (RCC). The new RTU will be connected to existing supply and return ductwork associated with the existing RCC RTU. Existing electrical power and natural gas supply will be extended to serve the new RTU. New structural members will be installed in the roof framing to support the new RTU curb, and the curb will be flashed into the existing roof. B. CONTRACTOR will be required to complete the COUNCIL’s On-Track Safety training course as discussed in Section 01 4133. C. All work must be accomplished compliant with OSHA regulations, as expressed in 29CFR1910 and 29CFR1926.
