Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Drayton, North Dakota. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; for paving for a clubhouse / community center; swimming pool; and playground / park / athletic field.
The CMAR Contract will include services and work for the multi-phased West Side Development project, including preconstruction services such as participation in design development, cost estimating, constructability review, value engineering, scheduling, and development of phased Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMPs). The scope of work includes procurement of trade contractors through publicly solicited bid packages for each construction phase. Construction will cover: Phase 1 – Track & Field Complex with synthetic turf football field, surrounding track, field event spaces, bleachers grandstands with press box, multipurpose building for ticketing, concessions, restrooms, locker rooms, sports lighting, parking lot, entry plaza, landscaping, and site amenities; Phase 2 – Community Center with community center building, associated parking lot, site lighting, landscaping, irrigation, and utilities; Phase 3 – Aquatic Pool Facility with water park facilities, concrete decks, site amenities, site lighting, landscaping, irrigation, and utilities; and Phase 4 – Baseball Field with natural turf baseball field with agricultural lime infield, dugouts, bleachers, sports lighting, entry plaza expansion, irrigation, landscaping, and associated site improvements. Construction phase services include subcontractor coordination, schedule management, quality control, cost control, safety oversight, and project closeout. Bidders are to submit six printed and one digital Statement of Qualifications demonstrating qualifications and ability to provide CMAR services and construct the project. See Requests for Qualifications for details on preparing and submitting the Statement of Qualifications. The Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. All prospective Proposers are urged to register with the designated website as an interested party, even if Proposal Documents are obtained from another source. Proposal Documents may also be obtained at the Issuing Office during business hours. The Owner, Owner’s Advisor, and Engineer will not be responsible for Proposal Documents obtained from sources other than QuestCDN and Interstate Engineering.
