Provide maintenance, repair, and inspection services for Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station (CMSFS), Colorado. The work consists of a one-year base period with four one-year option periods and a potential six-month extension. Contractors must be licensed by the State of Colorado and possess a Type 1 conveyance mechanic license. Bidders must submit a two-part response: Part I - Priced Quote, identifying unit price, total line-item price, and overall price for all CLINs (excluding specified Parts and Materials CLINs, which will be evaluated post-award), and Part II - Technical Documentation, not exceeding 10 pages, confirming qualifications for the required license. Complete the attached VTE CLIN Price Sheet by inputting a price for all yellow cells. Adhere to all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations, certifications, and technical requirements. Quotes not meeting all requirements may be deemed ineligible.
