The project consists of mastic crack sealing on Sargent County Roads 2, 4A, 4 (north and south of ND 11), and 12, with the following approximate quantities: 20,000 lbs on County Road 2, 30,000 lbs on County Road 4A, 85,000 lbs on County Road 4 north of ND 11, 115,000 lbs on County Road 4 south of ND 11, and 60,000 lbs on County Road 12, including traffic control and all miscellaneous work necessary and incidental. Bids must be submitted online through QuestCDN vBid. Mailed or hand delivered bids will not be opened or considered. All bids submitted will be opened and read aloud via video conference. Digital copies of the Bidding Documents are available for a fee at www.interstateeng.com or www.questcdn.com. Paper copies may be obtained from Interstate Engineering, Inc. for a fee.
