Bids are requested for furnishing and installation of all labor, materials, permits, equipment, tools, supplies, etc., for the 2026 Foundation Drain Disconnection Project. The approximate quantities of work expected include: 1 LS Traffic Control, 1 LS Restoration, 16 EA Sump Pump Installation, 17 EA Palmer Valve Abandonment, 17 EA Electrical Outlet Installation, 17 EA Runtime Meter Installation, and 600 LF of 6" Diameter PVC Storm Lateral Piping, together with appurtenant construction in all contracts. Bidders must be on the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District's Approved Contractor List for Municipal PPII work. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond payable to the Village of West Milwaukee in an amount not less than five percent of the bid sum. No bid may be withdrawn without the consent of the Village for sixty days. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond in the full amount of the contract.
