Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Southington, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility.

This project has been added to the November 2026 referendum. If approved, Kelley Elementary will be rebuilt, there will be new construction at South End Elementary, and Flanders Elementary will close. As of April 16, 2026, this project is in the conceptual phase. A bond vote will take place on November 3rd. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
