RFIs may be emailed to: Campus Construction Management: Connor Magiera cmagiera@campuscmg.com The Rush-Henrietta CSD Board of Education hereby reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all bids or to accept the one that in its judgement will be in the best interest of the Rush-Henrietta Central School District. A Bid Bond or Certified check made payable to the Rush-Henrietta Central School District in the amount of five (5%) of the Bid, subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders, must be deposited by each Bidder with their Bid as a guarantee that if the contract is awarded to them, they will within ten (10) days thereafter, execute such contract and furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, and that bidder shall not withdraw their Bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the above date of Bid Opening, and to guarantee the performance of all other obligations of the Bidders as set forth in INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
