The contractor shall be an APC-certified service provider and shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and resources necessary to perform the requirements of this Statement of Work. Services include on-site repairs, semi-annual preventive maintenance, and emergency repair services, including 24x7 emergency support, for APC uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and InRow cooling units. Work shall include inspections, certifications, diagnostics, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable industry standards to ensure reliable and continuous operation of critical systems. Location: Department of Veterans Affairs, 444 W. Fort Street, Boise, Idaho 83702. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
