Coordination with the framing and millwork contractors for space requirements in the access panel area in the Chapel is required. Confirm dimensions needed for equipment before framing starts. 2. Demolition of the existing HVAC unit will be after the tape, bed, and first coat of paint is finished. This unit will condition the building on a temporary basis and will need to be maintained until it is time for the demolition. TCI superintendent will coordinate demolition with HVAC contractor. 3. See material schedules for equipment provided and installed by this scope on sheet M-600. 4. Relocation and installation of any existing mechanical items are included.
