Pavement Milling: Milling of approximately 2.5 inches of existing asphalt pavement along Sugarcane Drive to prepare the surface for rehabilitation. Base Repair: Repair and stabilization of existing roadway base using flexible base material to a depth of approximately 2.5 inches or as directed in the field. Prime Coat Application: Application of prime coat (MC-30) at specified rates to ensure proper bonding between base and asphalt surface. Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) Placement: Placement of approximately 2.5-inch thick HMAC Type D overlay to restore roadway surface and structural integrity. Concrete Work: Construction of concrete aprons and installation of concrete collars around existing manholes to ensure proper grade adjustment and structural support.
