NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS POSTED. ** The work consists of furnishing and installing an Environmental Control Air Handling Unit to support upgrades to the Small Composite Cleanroom. The contractor shall provide a chilled water up-flow air handling unit with integrated chilled water coil, belt-driven blower, humidifier, electric reheat, filtration, and controls capable of monitoring and integrating with the installation network. The system includes a 25 kW, three-phase, 460-volt configuration with associated components such as a 15 kW electric reheat, three-way modulating chilled water valve, temperature and humidity sensors, bottom return air, MERV 8 filtration, steam humidifier, floor stand, and condensate probe. The work also includes furnishing and installing an overhead ducted distribution system with diffusers, a low sidewall return, a high-speed fabric roll-up door, process and central vacuum ports, compressed air ports, and a drainless eyewash station. The contractor shall install BACnet-compatible devices and a monitoring system to track room temperature, pressure, humidity, and particle count, with Government-furnished connections to the network and utilities provided within defined distances. All labor, tools, materials, equipment, quality control, testing, and documentation necessary to complete the upgrade shall be provided, and all services, parts, and OEM components shall conform to manufacturer specifications and the Performance Work Statement.
