Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The goals for minority business enterprise (MBE) and women business enterprise (WBE) participation for this contract is a cumulative goal of twenty per cent (20%) of MBE/WBE participation on the basis of the total dollars paid, minority/ women workforce, or a combination of these, as described in the MBE/WBE Enterprise Program bid documents.
