Provide all Materials, Equipment and Labor for Polo Fields Park Fence Installation. Question Deadline 05/04/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Questions will be received at online. Documents are available online Interior fencing - all interior fencing is not part of this project please do not give any pricing. (Red and green lines in photo) Requirements: Horse Fence - 4 boards with 4 X 6 posts _ Remove and replace approximately 4,150 feet of 4-board wooden horse fence around perimeter of Polo Fields Park. (Blue lines in photo) _ Contractor responsible for confirming accurate measurements. _ Contactor is responsible for removal and disposal of old fencing, gates, and posts. _ Maximum height of the fence must be 5 feet above ground. _ Fence boards will be 1 x 6 x 8 or 1 x 6 x 16 pressure treated rough cut. _ Post will be 4 x 6 pressure treated rough cut. _ Boards should be placed on the outside of post line. _ Post set every 8 feet on center. _ 4 x 6 posts should be set in concrete at a dept of 18 inches minimum. _ Concrete should be set above grade and crowned for water shed away from posts. _ Post should have a 45-degree angle cut on top so standing water runs off. _ Angle cut should be on back side of post away from roadside _ Cover each post with vertical 1 x 6 board that covers joints on posts. _ Post holes from old fence not used in new fence must be filled with dirt. Staining Fence _ Stain new 4-board horse fence and post once it has dried out. Minimum of 30 days. _ Stain all portions of the (top, bottom, front, and back) fence rails _ Brand/Color - Behr black house of fence stain. Gates _ Remove and Install Three (3) 20-foot double gates / See specification sheets for gates _ Gates must be primed before painting _ Gates must be painted black _ See Gate Spec Sheet drawing for gate specifications and photo for gate locations (black lines)
