Located at Woodhull Hospital, 760 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY 11206, the project involves the Curtainwall Project (General Contractor Work, Architectural, Hazardous Material, HVAC, and Structural). Only bidders who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be allowed to bid. Bidders must meet minimum qualifications, including not subcontracting more than 75% of the contract price and performing at least 25% of the labor with their own employees. All bids must comply with the NYC Health and Hospitals Project Labor Agreement, and certified payrolls must be submitted electronically. MWBE goals of 25% apply for bids of $500,000 or more.
