Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Labelle, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) services are requested for the LaBelle WWTP Upgrades Project, which includes constructing a new wastewater treatment plant with headworks, biological packaged plant, disc filtration, UV disinfection, sludge dewatering, and effluent storage tanks; as well as converting the existing WWTP into a master lift station with equalization. The CMAR will join the project at approximately the 60% design stage, working alongside the Owner and Design Engineer to facilitate design and construction, identify and mitigate risks, improve project efficiency, enhance constructability and cost estimating, and maintain quality and cost control throughout. Bidders are instructed to distinguish between the Wastewater (WWTP/WW) and Drinking Water (WTF/DW) projects, as two RFQs are being issued concurrently. Electronic RFQ documents are available upon registration. Statements of Qualifications should be submitted electronically in PDF format to the specified Procore project site. Compliance with a range of federal and state requirements is mandatory, including Florida Administrative Code Chapter 62-503, Davis Bacon Act, American Iron and Steel requirements, Build America Buy American Act, and others. Good faith efforts must be made to utilize Minority Business Enterprises and Women's Business Enterprises as sources for goods and services for any lower-tier contracts.
