The Town of Lexington, Massachusetts (Town or Owner), through its Town Manager, will receive sealed Bids for the lining of an existing 48-inch corrugated metal pipe culvert, which conveys an unnamed intermittent stream from east to west beneath Grove Street, with an ultraviolet cured-in-place pipe fiberglass reinforced (UV CIPP) liner and all materials and equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work. The culvert lining is located on Grove Street near Tidd Circle. Question Deadline 05/07/2026 All pre-Bid questions concerning the Bidding Documents and the Work contained therein must be submitted in writing to, and received by, John Livsey P.E., Town Engineer, 201 Bedford Street, Samuel Hadley Public Services, Lexington, MA 02420. Bidders must be pre qualified by MAssDOT for Sewer and Water in order to be eligible to bid. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
