Site work for a mixed-use development in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work includes furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and performing all operations required to construct the Work in accordance with the contract documents. The scope covers the construction and installation of drainage control structures, Mantee Gate installations, French drains, miscellaneous drainage improvements, driveway restoration, grading, sodding, Loop Assembly, and miscellaneous roadway restoration including construction of concrete curb and gutters and sidewalks as needed according to the construction plans and specifications. Work is order driven with tentative locations at Dade Blvd. from Washington Avenue to 23rd Street, SW 305 Street and SW 153 Avenue, and Raintree Lakes, NE 24 Avenue and NE 197 Street, and NE 25 Avenue from NW 200 Street to NE 202 Street. Bidders must hold the appropriate valid contractor's licenses and demonstrate experience with similar completed public right-of-way projects by identified personnel. Bidding documents are available from the Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works for a fee or free download.
