Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cedar City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
Cedar City Corporation is accepting separate sealed bids for the Asphalt Street Crack Seal Project according to specifications prepared by the City. Cedar City Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Required Bonding/ Insurance: Payment and Performance Bonds (as specified see attached) required from successful bidder before Notice to Proceed; Insurance as specified Warranty Required: One year warranty on installation. Work Required: Crack sealing of designated streets according to attached specifications. Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation apparatus, fuel, light and tools necessary for the entire completion of the Project as outlined herein and shall complete in the best and most workmanlike manner the complete job and everything properly incidental thereto, as stated in the Specifications, or reasonably implied therefrom all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work consists of all items as outlined in the Bid Schedule and described in the Specifications. City reserves the right to purchase the crack seal material separately if it is determined to be advantageous to City. 2. LOCATION The project is located in Cedar City, Iron County, Utah, on miscellaneous streets and parking lots throughout the City.
