Renovation of a museum in Bixby, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The bidding process will be in compliance with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. A Bid Security, as stipulated in the bid documents, in the amount of 5% of the bid, shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. By this notice, all provisions of the act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference. Construction Manager for the project is Nabholz Construction. The Architect for the project is Beck Design. As of April 20, 2026, construction is underway. Job Description: New Performing Art Center RFI/Bid Question Deadline: 4/17/2026 at 5:00pm RFI/Bid Question Process: Bidders shall submit questions in writing (email is preferred) by the established deadline.
