Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Antigo, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Langlade County is seeking proposals to administer the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program for owner-occupied and renter-occupied housing units in several counties. The Grant Administrator will be responsible for setting up a grant reporting system according to State and Federal CDBG-Small Cities guidelines, advising on recipient selection, reviewing applicant eligibility, conducting home inspections to determine repair needs and scope of lead-based paint surfaces, following Federal and local Fair Housing requirements, indemnifying the county, maintaining insurance, and reporting on activities and administrative staff time. Bidders must submit a Bid Proposal Form, liability/errors and omissions insurance documentation, and resumes with letters of recommendation. No other documentation will be accepted. Proposals will be evaluated based on CDBG experience, level of service, references, and costs. Langlade County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and base the contract on these criteria.
