**As of May 29th, 2026, this project has been awarded to David H Martin Excavating, Inc. for $2,709,083.** Sealed bids for Martin's Mill Bridge Access Road will be received online via the PennBid Program by Antrim Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Bids will be publicly opened and read electronically via PennBid's website. Bidding Documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program. Bidders must provide a bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Antrim Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid. Each bidder must submit evidence of their qualifications to perform the work. This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Contract Time for this project is three hundred sixty five (365) calendar days. Antrim Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
