Renovation of a municipal facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The contractor is responsible for furnishing and installing high-performance glazing and door components at specified elevations of the State Capitol building. All repairs must be performed to a "like new" standard, ensuring a seamless aesthetic match with existing architectural finishes. The work includes: - Furnishing and installing 1" insulated clear glazing integrated with interior bullet resistant film at the designated West and North Elevation doors. - Furnishing and installing a new aluminum door leaf, complete with specified glass and bullet-resistant film at the East Elevation, middle door entrance, using existing hardware from the previous door leaf. - Performing minor touch-ups on all framing and associated materials, ensuring all finishes match the existing Dark Bronze Anodized appearance. - All new materials must adhere strictly to specifications to maintain historical and structural consistency, with specified material types for doors, glass units, and security film. - Add Alternate #1: Provide immediate cleanup of broken glass and secure all entrances to maintain building integrity and safety until permanent materials are installed. Respondents must field verify all dimensions and existing conditions prior to material fabrication. Quotes must be submitted via email, with technical and cost proposals, a W-9, and a breakdown of all labor, equipment, and materials included. Pricing for the project shall not exceed $70,000.00 and must remain firm for the term of the Purchase Order. Quotes may be rejected if late and are subject to requirements for insurance, accessibility, and compliance with related State of Colorado standards and procurement rules. All work must meet applicable accessibility laws and standards. The State may negotiate with any respondent to clarify or modify their quote, but requirements may not be negotiated. The awarded respondent must provide proof of good standing and insurance prior to execution of the purchase order. All submitted materials become property of the State. Respondents must also disclose potential or actual conflicts of interest, and requests for confidentiality must be justified and submitted as separate documents. The estimated date for award selection and notification is the week of May 4th, 2026.
