Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide Construction/Maintenance services at the HQ. This opportunity will be awarded to one vendor offering the lowest acceptable pricing for all four-line items listed on the price schedule. All vendors must meet all the requirements listed in the Scope of Work in order to be considered responsive. Location: DART HQ, 1401 Pacific Ave., Dallas, TX 75202. The award will be based on the lowest responsive bid that meets all requirements in the Scope of Work. All required documents must be included with your bid to be considered responsive. QA deadline added as per Website. Bidders must ensure all required solicitation documents are fully completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided. Failure to properly complete, sign, and submit all required forms and attachments may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive and disqualified from further consideration. Bidders shall ensure that: all forms are accurately and fully completed; all required signatures, dates, and acknowledgments are provided; all requested supporting documentation is included as specified. The Authority reserves the right to reject any bid that does not comply with these requirements. BONFIRE registration is required to submit a bid. All purchase orders are subject to Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority's Terms and Conditions. Time and rate of deliveries are of the essence of this order. Seller's failure to deliver at the time and rate specified shall be the basis for rejection and default termination by the Authority. Payment terms are Net 30. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate and contain the required purchase order and item details. The Contracting Officer may terminate this order for default if the Seller fails to perform any provisions within the specified time periods.
