Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Eagle Ridge parking lot. The project includes the construction of a parking lot, entry drive, and gravel trails. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the project title. All bidders must be on the plan holders list. Plans, specifications, and bid documents may be obtained from Key Blue Prints at 195 East Livingston Avenue, Columbus, Ohio, or electronically at https://www.keycompanies.com/. Successful bidders are required to comply with all laws regarding prevailing wage and discrimination, and must not be on the debarred list of the State of Ohio or the State Auditor's Finding for Recovery list. The Preservation Parks of Delaware County reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and investigate bidder responsibility. Responses to the bid notice should not be construed as a contract or commitment of any kind. The bid does not commit PPDC to pay for costs incurred in bid submission or any costs prior to final contract execution.
