Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Milford, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Milford is seeking proposals from Texas-Registered Engineers to provide engineering services for the preparation and implementation of a Water Supply and Infrastructure (WSI) Grant application to the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Proposals must include services and a statement of qualifications. Bidders are required to submit three hard copies and one digital copy of their proposals. Proposals are to be sent to Kim Serrata at the City of Milford. This contract will comply with the TWDB and Environmental Protection Agency's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, requiring good faith efforts toward fair and nondiscriminatory procurement practices. The contract depends on the release of TWDB funds and is subject to negotiation with all proposers in accordance with the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Minority, small, and women business enterprises, as well as labor surplus area firms and disadvantaged business enterprises, are encouraged to submit proposals. The City of Milford is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
