The contractor must supply all materials and execute quantities such as traffic accommodation, common and borrow excavation, granular base, multiple types of asphalt concrete pavement, curb and gutter, concrete truck apron and splitter island, trenching and backfilling, removal and salvage of existing standards, supply and installation of street light bases, installation of salvaged street light standards, structural excavation, temporary water accommodation, CSP supply and assembly, and backfill with crushed aggregate.
