Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Otsego, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the erection of two 127,000-gallon glass lined and bolted storage tanks, approximately 210 linear feet of 8-inch waterline, valves, flush hydrant, fencing, and other necessary appurtenances. The bid security is required and shall be furnished as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities and to reject any or all bids, or to increase, decrease, or omit any item or times and/or award the bid to the lowest and best bidder. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents.
