Site work for a municipal facility in Allardville, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The construction project includes the development of a clay borrow pit area, the construction of waste containment cell #16, and the partial construction of cell #15 clay capping (North and South slopes). Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the Chaleur Regional Service Commission. The name of the tendering firm and the identification of the contract must be indicated on the envelope. The latest revision and amendments of the "Procurement Act" (N.B. Regulation 2022-78) shall apply. Electronic tender documents are available on the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) online site. The Chaleur Regional Service Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
