Question Deadline 05/04/2026 at 10:00 AM CT Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision to address the punch-list items in Fieldstone Street Acceptance Sections 5, 6, & 8. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair and/or replace deficient pavement and appurtenances identified on the Fort Bend County inspection punch list in Fieldstone Sections 5, 6, and 8. Sealed electronic bids are to be submitted in accordance with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules, exclusively through www.CivcastUSA.com, which requires registration but no fee to submit or download bidding documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified/cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total bid as a guarantee that the successful bidder will execute the contract and required bonds and insurance. If a certified or cashier's check is submitted, the bidder must deliver the original check to the bid opening address within one business day of bid opening. By submitting a bid, bidders agree that contract documents may be accepted and executed using an electronic signature as defined by and in accordance with Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects and irregularities in the bidding process, except for the time of submission. The successful bidder will be determined as the responsible bidder judged to be most advantageous to the District and resulting in the best, most economical completion of the project. Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code requirements may apply, and the contract may be terminated for failure to comply with those requirements.
