Renovation of an educational facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Controls Upgrade - Harbour View High School. Replacement of the existing Delta building automation system with a new BACnet based EMCS. Work includes new controllers, rewiring and network cabling, replacement of pneumatic controls with electronic valves and actuators, removal of pneumatic compressors and controls, integration of VFDs and inverter duty motors, energy monitoring including NB Power meter pulse integration, graphics and programming, full commissioning and training. Associated work includes asbestos remediation in affected areas, firestopping, mechanical and electrical modifications required to complete a fully operational system.
