Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lynchburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Village of Lynchburg solicits bids for pavement resurfacing on the following public streets: Park Ave beginning at Herschel Ave through North Ave ending at SR 134 (approximately 2616x20), patch work on State Route 135 and Sycamore Street, and Texas Ave beginning at SR 135 through South Broadway ending at SR 135 (approximately 1015x22). Note that streets may vary in length and width and these are estimated. Bid packets with specifications may be obtained from the Village Administrator at 155 S. Main St. Lynchburg, OH 45142 during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:00PM. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and received no later than May 14, 2026 at 12:00 pm. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Award is subject to final approval.
