Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Conneaut, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.

In general, the work includes but may not be limited to the construction of a locker room (Building A) and a restroom facility (Building B) and related site improvements. Work includes, but is not limited to, building construction, metal fabrication, utility connections, MEP-related work, yard drain installation, fencing, concrete, paving and general site work, and minor grading at Ricaurte Stadium, 837 Maple Ave, Conneaut, OH 44030. A Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and issued by a surety company approved by and in favor of the Owner in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid must be submitted with each Bid. The contractor must pay no less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the contract documents and ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of the contract price. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to make selections from the bids that are solely in its own best interest.
