The City of Bolivar is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide and install a city-wide communications system. Project Overview The City of Bolivar is accepting bids from qualified vendors to provide and install a city-wide communications system. The system will replace the existing phone infrastructure across multiple municipal facilities. Bidders must meet or exceed the specifications outlined below. Scope of Work o Provide and install IP-based phone system with multi-line, multi-location capability. o Ensure portability of all current phone numbers. 417.328 (5800-5899) o Provide individual voicemail for users without hard phones (approx. 20 users). o Main phone line port(417.326.2489) and Install multi-line auto attendant. o Provide 54 office-style phones (42 basic, 12 administrative), including 2 reception station phones. o Include gigabit pass-through internet capability and video meeting compatibility. o Enable call parking, call forwarding, one-touch recording, and computer-based system maintenance. o Provide unlimited remote maintenance and tech support. o Include power supply for each phone and installation/transition support. o Explain process/timeline for adding phones or lines. o One call box location on exterior door of Bolivar Public safety Center with direct ring to local 911 dispatch. o Include warranty and coverage details. o Implementation shall occur approx. August 2026.
