The project is titled "Bottle Filler and Fountain Installation at Bridges Academy and Sylvandale Middle Schools." Bidders are required to be registered as public works contractors with the Department of Industrial Relations and possess a valid State of California Class B Contractor License. The license must remain active and in good standing throughout the contract term. Sealed bids must be submitted via email to the specified address and on the provided district form. All submitted bids must be responsive, and any bid submitted after the deadline will be rejected. Claims of error in bids must comply with relevant sections of the Public Contract Code.
