Project has been Rebid OC Public Works is seeking qualified contractors to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) services for projects involving, but not limited to, bridges, roadways, bikes, parks, and flood control facilities. These services extend to all properties owned, operated, or maintained by the County of Orange and the Orange County Flood Control District. Prospective contractors must demonstrate a robust safety culture, extensive infrastructure experience, and a proven track record of reliability. Key requirements include the ability to mobilize rapidly for emergency repairs, provide accurate pricing through a unit price book, and maintain high-quality workmanship through effective stakeholder communication.
