Site work and paving for a road / highway in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids, consisting of one original and one copy, are requested for Project 26-30, which is for clearing and grubbing for Kuykendahl Road from Research Forest Drive to FM 1488 in Precinct #2. All bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis as described in the bid specifications. Payment to the successful bidder will be net thirty days after receipt of products, materials, services, or invoices, unless otherwise stated. A bid bond from an approved surety company licensed in Texas, in the amount of 5% of the total bid, must accompany each bid. If awarded, the successful bidder must also provide a performance bond and payment bond, each for 100% of the project amount. A prevailing wage rate applies. Montgomery County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Prospective bidders are responsible for monitoring the Purchasing Department website for any issued addenda.
