The work consists of the im-provements of approximately 4,780 linear feet of a new road-way that will connect to US Highway 45. The improvements includes a 26-foot-wide asphalt roadway section, roadway subgrade pre-paration, aggregate base, and asphalt pavement installation. The project also includes asso-ciated earthwork, grading, and drainage improvements, includ-ing roadside ditches with 2:1 side slopes and a 1-foot flat bottom, culverts, and all neces-sary appurtenances required for a complete and operable roadway. Additional work includes traffic control, erosion and sediment control measures, seeding and restoration, and all incidental work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after closing time sched-uled for the receipt of bide. The results will be released only after approval of Graves County Economic Develop-ment. The Graves County Eco-nomic Development reserves the right to waive informalities. and to reject any or all bids. All blank spaces for bid prices must be filled in, ink or typewrit-ten, in both words and figures, and the foregoing Certifications must be fully completed and ex-ecuted when submitted.
