City of Tampa Solid Waste department at McKay Bay requires a small 10'x10' office connex. The office must be weather proof, insulated, and include 1 door and 1 window. It should preferably have an AC unit and wall outlets. The unit can be new or used and must be delivered onsite. If used, it must be in decent condition, and the price will depend on whether it includes an AC unit. Office Connex must be in good condition if it comes with AC and lights must be functional for acceptance. Connex must be insulated with functional weather tight door(s), window(s) walls floor and roof.
