In a context marked by the growth of student housing needs in the region and by the desire to use more efficient and industrialized methods of construction, the project owner is undertaking the construction of a student residence in Rouyn Noranda. The project includes the construction of a large-scale residential building, comprising approximately 148 accommodation units, made primarily using highly prefabricated modules manufactured in a factory, then transported and assembled on site. The project will be implemented in a design-build method.
