The City of DeSoto, Texas is seeking a qualified contractor to construct the Nance Farm Cultural Arts Center, project number RFB-DEA-2601 and is advertising this Request for Bids. Bids must include line items and will be awarded on a lump sum basis. Categories of work include industrial, commercial, institutional, and specialty trade construction, as well as site preparation and building finishing. A Bid Bond of 5.00% is required, along with 100.00% Payment and Performance Bonds. Bids should be submitted in paper format. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled, but attendance is not required.
