The work consists of performing pavement crack repairs, pavement sealing, and pavement marking at the Hidden Springs Ranger District office. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to repair existing pavement cracks, apply appropriate sealing treatments, and install pavement markings as required to restore pavement condition, improve durability, and ensure safe and functional traffic control in accordance with applicable standards and specifications. Work shall be completed as a construction service under a total small business set-aside. Magnitude of Construction The government estimates the magnitude for the construction will be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Project Location 602 N. First Street Route 45 North Vienna, IL 62995 Period of Performance The Contractor is required to commence work under this contract within 14 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed and the entire work ready for use not later than 09/15/2026. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises.
