Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Evanston, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center.
This project consists of the kitchen remodel at the Levy Center. Interior remodeling of the existing 412 sf kitchen at levy senior center. provide all necessary Architectural, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing work as noted. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation, and performing all work as required to strictly conform to the provisions of the specifications, schedules and drawings, all of which are made a part herein, together with such detail drawings as may be furnished by the Owner from time to time during the prosecution of the work in amplification of said drawings and specifications. This project includes, but is not limited to the removal and replacement of existing restroom partitions, select plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, hand dryers, doors + frames, restroom wall material, and outdoor drinking fountain. It also includes the expansion of men and women's restrooms by shifting an existing wall as indicated on the drawings, and new polished concrete topping in men and women's restrooms. Plumbing and electrical scope is generally limited to the replacement of existing fixtures without increase in demand loads, and no changes to the existing HVAC system are anticipated.
