The District invites detailed submissions from engineering consulting firms with expertise in building enclosure review and design as well as related services. The objective is to establish standing offer agreements with one or more bidders for the provision of future building enclosure reviews, design, and construction work, along with other related services. These services will be required on an as-and-when requested basis at various District-owned facilities and may range from small to large scale in scope, size, and complexity.
