HDR Project No. 10391872 Project No: 94235453 The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the installation, testing, and start-up of approximately 62,200 linear feet of pre-purchased 48-inch diameter water transmission main. The work includes furnishing and installing all fittings, valves, appurtenances, and improvements for access during construction and future maintenance. Additionally, the contractor must furnish and install approximately 2,270 linear feet of minimum 68-inch inside diameter steel casing pipe. The steel transmission main pipe has been pre-purchased by NTMWD and will be supplied by Northwest Pipe, while the steel casing pipe will be supplied by the contractor. The overall probable construction cost (OPCC) range for this project is $65-80 million.
