Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in St Petersburg, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.

The City of Seminole is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for construction services to furnish all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required to construct a new Fire Station. Questions shall be submitted in writing via email to WJ Architects, Chase Meyers, at email Chase.Meyers@wjarc.com. Submission of RFP responses by mail, hand delivery, or express mail must be in a sealed envelope/box with the Vendor's name and return address indicated. Question Deadline 09/13/2026 Questions must be submitted five (5) days prior to bid closing.
