Union County, North Carolina is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide Landscape Design Services on an 'as needed' basis. This is a Request for Qualifications, and responding firms are not required to submit price information or a work product with their submittals. Compliance with N.C.G.S. 143-64.31 is required. All services must be provided by or under the responsible charge of a professional licensed in the State of North Carolina. The SOQ must identify the North Carolina licensed professional who will be responsible for the work, including their name, discipline, and license number within the Statement of Qualifications. Offerors must comply with non-collusion requirements and are encouraged to make good faith outreach efforts to Minority Businesses (HUB Certified) and Small Businesses. Submittals must be received electronically as one complete document, signed by a person authorized to bind the company, using the Union County Submittal Portal. Paper submissions will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to obtain all addenda prior to submission. Union County reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive technicalities, select multiple vendors, and cancel the RFQ.
