The Ida Rupp Public Library is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional design firms to pre-qualify for potential future projects involving roofing, window replacement, and parking lot replacement. Professional design services must fall within the scope of practice of a registered architect according to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4703. Firms must submit their qualifications addressing the requirements outlined in the Request for Statement of Qualifications. It is the firm's responsibility to keep their qualifications updated annually if necessary. Request for Proposal for design services is underway .
